Sabine Indinger: “Meaning-Centered Job Crafting”

Sabine Indinger talked about “Meaning-Centered Job Crafting”, and shared her experiences accumulated in her coaching practices

Meaning-centered Job Crafting sets out to help people (re-)discover meaning at their workplace. It happens every time a person is finding ways to tailor their work more to their values, strengths and job-related needs. This can be achieved by changing the concrete tasks and scope of their work, by developing better, more meaningful working relationships, and/or by cultivating a positive attitude towards their work and responsibilities. As a coaching modality it supports meaning-seeking coachees with questions, exercises, challenges and inputs to enable them to craft their jobs in a meaningful way.
