📝Do I need to register even if my proposal has been accepted?

Yes. Acceptance of your presentation does not automatically register you for the Congress. All presenters must complete their registration before the presenter registration deadline.

Is there a presenter registration deadline?

Yes. Please register before the deadline stated in your acceptance email to ensure inclusion in the final scientific program

Can I cancel my registration?

Cancellation requests are subject to the Congress cancellation policy.

🎤How long is my presentation?

For the 2026 Congress, each standard presentation is scheduled for 45 minutes.

Can I change my presentation title or abstract?

Minor changes may be possible before the program is finalized. Please contact the Congress team if changes are necessary.

Can I change presenters or add a co-author?

Please contact the Congress organizers as early as possible so your request can be reviewed.

Will presentation guidelines be provided?

Yes. Detailed presenter guidelines will be published on this page before the Congress.

💻How will online presentations be conducted?

Technical instructions and access information will be shared with online presenters before the Congress.

Will presentations be recorded?

Yes, it will be recorded and will be available three months after the Congress

📅When will the Congress program be available?

The schedule will be coordinated once all presenters have confirmed their participation and completed registration.

Are presenters required to register?

Yes. All presenters, whether presenting in person or virtually, are responsible for purchasing their own registration. Acceptance of your proposal does not include complimentary registration. You can register at viktorfranklinstitute.org/wc-2026/

Does each presenter on a joint presentation need to register separately?

 Yes. Registration is required per presenter, not per presentation. Each individual presenting at the Congress must register and pay the registration fee independently.

How many attendees are expected and which audience attends the Congress?

We are anticipating approximately 150 participants from a wonderfully diverse and international community spanning clinical mental health, medicine, public health, philosophy, education, spiritual and pastoral care, organizational leadership, coaching, business, creative arts, technology, military and veterans communities, and more.

What do attendees hope to gain from the Congress?

 Attendees come to learn, grow, develop, and engage more deeply in the work of Dr. Viktor Frankl and logotherapy. Your presentation contributes directly to that purpose.

May I use PowerPoint slides or video clips?

Yes. Slides and short video clips are welcome.
