You can directly contact me through presenters@viktorfranklinstitute.org

šŸ“Do I need to register even if my proposal has been accepted?

Yes. Acceptance of your presentation does not automatically register you for the Congress. All presenters must complete their registration before the presenter registration deadline.

Is there a presenter registration deadline?

Yes. All accepted presenters received registration deadline information by email. The final registration deadline isĀ July 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT. Presenters who have not completed registration by the applicable deadline may be removed from the program, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Congress team.Ā Ā

Can I cancel my registration?

Cancellation requests are subject to the Congress cancellation policy.

šŸŽ¤How long is my presentation?

This should reflect 50 minutes

Can I change my presentation title or abstract?

Once a proposal has been accepted for a session, minor changes to the title or content are permitted as long as they do not substantially change the focus or substance of the accepted proposal. Any revisions required or requested in your acceptance email must be incorporated into the presentation.

Ā

Can I change presenters or add a co-author?

Presenters and co-authors are based on the individuals identified in the accepted proposal. If a listed presenter must withdraw, please emailĀ presenters@viktorfranklinstitute.orgĀ as soon as possible. If neither listed presenter is able to present, please notify us immediately. Requests to add a new presenter or co-author must be submitted toĀ presenters@viktorfranklinstitute.orgĀ for review.

Ā

Will presentation guidelines be provided?

Yes. Detailed presenter guidelines will be published on this page before the Congress.

šŸ’»How will online presentations be conducted?

Technical instructions and access information will be shared with online presenters before the Congress.

Will presentations be recorded?

šŸ“…When will the Congress program be available?

Please check the Congress webpage for the schedule.

Are presenters required to register?

Yes. All presenters, whether presenting in person or virtually, are responsible for purchasing their own registration. Acceptance of your proposal does not include complimentary registration. You can register atĀ viktorfranklinstitute.org/wc-2026/

Why are presenters required to pay a registration fee?

We understand that practices vary across professions and organizations, and we appreciate the opportunity to explain our approach. Presenting at the VFIL World Congress ofĀ  Logotherapy offers meaningful professional benefits, including recognition on an international program, contribution to the scholarly record of the congress, fulfillment of academic presentation requirements, and the opportunity to share your work, including publications and resources, with a global audience.

As a small nonprofit organization, the Institute relies on registration revenue to make the congress possible. Extending complimentary registration across the presenter pool would significantly impact our ability to sustain the event. In the interest of fairness and equity, we are unable to honor individual requests for complimentary registration.Ā Presenters experiencing genuine financial hardship are encouraged to contact us privately to inquire about available accommodation.

We are grateful for your contribution to this congress and to the field, and we look forward to welcoming you

Does each presenter on a joint presentation need to register separately?

Ā Yes. Registration is required per presenter, not per presentation. Each individual presenting at the Congress must register and pay the registration fee independently.

How many attendees are expected and which audience attends the Congress?

We are anticipating approximately 150 participants from a wonderfully diverse and international community spanning clinical mental health, medicine, public health, philosophy, education, spiritual and pastoral care, organizational leadership, coaching, business, creative arts, technology, military and veterans communities, and more.

What do attendees hope to gain from the Congress?

Ā Attendees come to learn, grow, develop, and engage more deeply in the work of Dr. Viktor Frankl and logotherapy. Your presentation contributes directly to that purpose.

May I use PowerPoint slides or video clips?

Yes. Slides and short video clips are welcome.

How do I submit my presentation, or an article, to the International Forum for Logotherapy Journal?
